Cash: Only accepted on-site during the official registration opening hours. Only Chinese Yuan will be accepted.
 

Cancellations: For cancellations received in writing prior to Feb 28, 2010 the registration fee will be returned minus a 25% administration fee. No refunds will be issued after that date. Reimbursements will be forwarded 60 days after the symposium.
  Public health emergencies, such as the recent outbreak of H1N1 influenza, can cause disruption or delay to events such as this.  The Organize is committed to responding to all such emergencies in a professional and responsible manner.  We will work with the relevant parties to find the best possible solution, which may include a change or reduction in the agenda, a new venue for the event, or a postponement of the event. 
   
  Please note that registration forms without payment will not be processed. For administrative reasons registration forms and full payment received after 15 May, 2010 will not be processed. Delegates will have to register onsite during the official registration opening hours. The organizers accept no liability if a registration is lost in the mail.
 

The organizer may choose at its sole discretion to cancel the event with no further compensation other than full refund of the payment made.
